Our Yakima Valley White Blend was harvested in October 2022, de-stemmed, lightly crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to capture the purity of the fruit. Fleshy, lively, and bright with notes of apricots, honeydew, and peaches.
