Our last pick - a more refined Mataro (Mourvèdre). Harvested when the leaves were turning, and the seeds were brown and crunchy. Open fermented and aged in 30% new, 70% seasoned, French oak.Full bodied with blackberries, bluestone, and leather. We made this wine for Saturday nights, conversation and laughter. Harvested in McLaren Vale, 2021
